Money - Frank Bennett (in real life David Wray) from his album Cash Landing, which came out in 1998. Many will remember the original from the album Dark Side of the Moon, the Roger Waters/Pink Floyd work from 1973.
Love Somebody - The Cartwheels updating the Bee Gees' To Love Somebody. The Bee Gees recorded it in 1967, the Cartwheels did it in 2014 for their album At Home.
Baby Please Don't Go - Brendan Gallagher from his 2013 album Wine Island. Van Morrison and his band Them did it in 1964 but it's a traditional blues song that goes way back.
Two Beatles covers
I Feel Fine - The Masters Apprentices with their 1967 version of the 1964 Beatles song. This version is from a 2009 Aztec Music compilation titled The Master’s Apprentices.
Hard Day's Night - Hoodoo Gurus - the Beatles did it in 1964, the Gurus recorded it in 1998 and released it on a couple different compilation albums. This version from the 2000 collection Ampology.
Alive - Rebecca's Empire covering the Pearl Jam song from their 1991 album Ten. Rebecca Barnard and her band did it on an EP in 1994, Atomic Electric.
Working For The Man - Mental As Anything doing Roy Orbison's song, a 1962 single for Roy, the Mentals did it on a 1983 album, Creatures of Leisure.
Loves Grows - The Reels, with their 1992 version of the 1970 hit for Edison Lighthouse. who called it Loves Grows (Where My Rosemary Goes).
Dirty Old Town - Murder Mouse Blues Band, from their 2014 album Fill The Hole. The song was written by British folksinger Ewan MacColl in 1949, and the Irish band the Pogues had a brilliant version on their 1985 album Rum Sodomy and the Lash.
(You're So Square) Baby I Don't Care - Coloured Balls from 1974, their album Heavy Metal Kid. Elvis recorded the Leiber and Stoller song in 1957.
Hey Joe - Ed Kuepper with his version of the 1960s song. Jimi Hendrix had a go at it in 1966, Ed did it in. 2014 on his album Return of the Mail-Order Bridegroom.
Gallows Pole - the Backsliders, from their 1992 album Live At The Royal. It's a traditional English folk song but probably best known for the 1970 Led Zeppelin III version.
I'm Going To Sit Right Down and Write Myself A Letter - Captain Matchbox Whoopie Band from their 1973 album Smoke Dreams, edited because I ran out of time. Fats Waller had a popular version in 1935.
The Look Of Love - The Lovers, from from their 2000 album Black Orchid, doing the Bacharach and David song, a hit for Dusty Springfield in 1967.
So Long,Marianne - Courtney Barnett from 2019, her album MTV Unplugged In Melbourne, doing the Leonard Cohen song. Cohen recorded it in 1967.
